The Park Güell is a large garden with architectural elements located in the upper part of the city of Barcelona and it was designed by Antoni Gaudí, the greatest exponent of catalan Modernism and built between 1900 and 1914. It was inaugurated as a public park in the year 1926 and in 1984 UNESCO declared it as a World Heritage Site.
